The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with directions to popular places and also helped us book taxis. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. We loved the fact that there is a laundry room on level 7. We found the breakfast to be practical and fulfilling. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was near the train station and the night market but not noisy.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near to eateries and the night market, making it easy to find somewhere to eat or to explore the area. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and nice wallpaper. the breakfast buffet had a wide range of Taiwanese dishes and fresh fruit.
The soundproofing in the rooms is poor, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The breakfast was delightful and well worth getting up for. the staff were helpful and friendly. the location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the train station and some great local shops.
The heating system in the room was not sufficient and made for a chilly winter stay. the sheets on the bed were not changed throughout my Christmas vacation.

Had an amazing city break at a charming hotel in a central location. The breakfast was a standout- delicious local options and fresh produce. The staff were incredibly friendly and the communal area was great for doing laundry and working out. The rooms were clean and comfortable with good wifi, making it an ideal spot for travelers of all ages and backgrounds.
The noise from the adjacent bar could be a problem for light sleepers, though earplugs helped. some of the amenities were not up to par- paper cups instead of proper glasses and hand soap without a soap dish.
